Monkey Family
This wild monkey family was posing perfectly when we were going by in a boat in Silver Springs, Fl.
It's hard to pick just one subject when the whole world is in front of your camera! I come across these wonderful animals and birds in my travels and often in my own backyard.
"Spice"
This owl is only 7" tall but definitely had attitude! I discovered him in Florida and his name is Spice!

This pretty little duck was waiting anxiously next to our sailboat for another treat and I couldn't resist getting my camera...
"Lord"
This beautiful horse, named Lord, was pretty frisky the day we came to photograph him at MTRA in Ocala. I did a little computer magic and this one makes a terrific canvas as well as a photograph.

Anhinga
The Anhinga, or snake bird, dives in the water after fish. When swimming, his head is above the water and looks like a snake. He has no oil in his feathers like most birds, so he has to dry his wings in the sun in order to fly again!
Jager is letting us know how he feels about his photo shoot! MTRA works with handicapped children and adults who get an opportunity to interact with these beautiful horses.
This Giraffe stared at me just long enough to "capture" him with my camera...
